The custom wheelchair process starts with a face-to-face encounter and physician referral. Our team then handles everything from intake and ATP seating assessment to delivery and ongoing support — ensuring patients, families, and referring providers get the right equipment with professional care and quality.

    We receive the referral and confirm the patient’s insurance eligibility before anything moves forward.

    Our clinical team conducts the necessary evaluations and coordinates with the referring provider throughout.

    All required documentation is compiled and submitted to the payer on the patient’s behalf.
